Joining the action on the 
turn, Corentin Ropert checked and called a hefty bet of 100,000 by Brandon Adams. The duo then headed to the 
river and Ropert checked once more. Adams fired a bet of 160,000 and the camera crews gathered around the table, sensing a pivotal pot and possible new chip leader.
Ropert gave it some thought, but ended up releasing his cards into the muck. While Adams may not be in the lead right now, he is certainly among the biggest stacks in the room and turned his late entry before the start of Day 2 into a tremendous opportunity.
