Chernikov's Queens Hold Against Eshkar's Big Slick

Nível 20 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Eyal Eshkar
Eyal Eshkar

Aleksandr Chernikov made it 50,000 from under the gun and Eyal Eshkar shoved the button with a bigger stack. Once the blinds folded, Chernikov snap-called for his stack of almost 400,000.

Aleksandr Chernikov: QQ All in
Eyal Eshkar: AK

Chernikov was the at-risk player, but held a slight advantage with his pair. That advantage turned into a double-up as the runout of 638610 stayed low, keeping Chernikov's queens in the lead.

Ketzer Claims Saracoglu's Stack

Nível 20 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Atilla Saracoglu
Atilla Saracoglu

Felipe Ketzer shoved his big stack from the button covering both the blinds, and Atilla Saracoglu in the big blind used some extra time before he called for around 200,000.

Atilla Saracoglu: A6 All in
Felipe Ketzer: 55

Saracoglu found himself in a coinflip for his tournament life and briefly felt like he had got there when the 6 appeared on the flop, however it was followed by 5K, which gave Ketzer a set. The 4 turn and 7 river didn't change anything, and Saracoglu hit the rail.

Nível 19 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
Simone Andrian
Simone Andrian

Simone Andrian from early position and Nemo Koering from the small blind ended up getting their stacks into the middle preflop with the latter at risk for around 400,000.

Nemo Koering: AK All in
Simone Andrian: JJ

It was a crucial flip for both players as Andrian would only have around 100,000 behind should he lose. However, the board was kind to him as the 3Q284 runout kept his pocket jacks in the lead, which sent Koering to the rail.

Aleksandr Chernikov
Aleksandr Chernikov

Lachezar Petkov had opened from under the gun and Aleksandr Chernikov called from the hijack. Mehmet Muratli also came along from the big blind.

They went to a flop of 410J, which checked through to the 8 turn. Muratli checked, Petkov fired 50,000, Chernikov called, and Muratli folded.

An 8 paired the board on the river and Petkov fired out 125,000, then Chernikov shoved for around 400,000. Petkov had just over 150,000 chips remaining in his stack and after using several time-extensions, he elected to fold.

Chernikov then showed Q9 for a turned straight as he raked in the pot.

Zhen Chen

Zhen Chen opened the cutoff to 26,000 and got called by Ali Al-Kubasi in the small blind and Eyal Eshkar in the big blind.

They went to a flop of 338 where it checked to Chen, who fired 23,000. Al-Kubasi then raised to 57,000, Eshkar got out of the way, and Chen called.

A 5 dropped on the turn and Al-Kubasi kept up the aggression with a bet of 75,000, and Chen called quickly.

When the J completed the runout, both players elected to check it down with Al-Kubasi showing K10 for king-high, but Chen held the winner after he paired his five holding A5.

Atilla Saracoglu shoved for 115,000 from early position and Antoine Talvard reshoved in the next seat for 145,000.

Talvard was ahead with his Cowboys, but fell behind on the 3A5 flop as Saracoglu paired his ace. A 9 turn and 3 river didn't change anything, which meant Saracoglu doubled up and Talvard was left very short.
