Max Silver is out. He just related the tale on social media how his opponent five-bet called with 
off suit versus Silver’s 
for 45,000.
The aces ended up the loser and the EPT Main Event is over for a perplexed Silver.
On the first break of the day we still managed to grab a hold of Silver to talk about his beautiful Christmas jumper.

The following was just posted on the European Poker Tour's Facebook page. It's a pretty big event, and there are a lot of tables and dealers. PokerStars photographer Neil Stoddart made a photo of a lot of them.
It’s clear from the giant fields we’ve already had that the EPT Prague Poker Festival is going to be one of our biggest ever events. So it’s good news that we came well prepared, with more than140 poker tables and a record 228 tournament staff. However it’s not just the stacked 59-event schedule that is boosting numbers here at the Hilton Prague; we also have more than 35 EPT-run cash game tables operating around the clock in the hotel’s spacious ballroom. Our thanks to all the dealers at EPT Prague who are doing the most amazing job – and thanks to our players for coming!
The runner-up of the 2012 EPT Prague and champion of the EPT Deauville in 2014, Sotirios Koutoupas, raised to 525 and was called by Mateusz Moolhuizen in the big blind. Both players checked the 
flop and Moolhuizen then bet the 
turn for 1,000. Koutoupas called and did so again for 1,200 on the 
river.
Moolhuizen announced a king and the Greek replied "king too, with a six" before revealing

On the turn of a 
board, Andrea Dato check-raised the turn out of the big blind and the dealer threw the all in button towards him. The Italian pointed out that he had left a red T-1,000 chip behind and threw the button back. Jean-Noel Thorel had bet 600 and Paul Newey called but they both folded to the raise of 3,325 by the Italian.

Leonid Markin has just taken his seat in today’s event fresh off his victory in the €50,000 Super High Roller event last night.
Markin defeated a field of 42 unique runners with nine re-entrants to take home the €771,360 first place prize.

Jason Mercier has been eliminated from the tournament, and he just only sat down not too long ago. Mercier walked out the door, and he told us his bust out hand.
Mercier told us that he had on a board of 
and he got it in on the river for 13,000. His opponent was the proud owner of for a full house though and wasn't about to lay that down.
Mercier won a big tournament in St. Kitts last week, but Prague hasn't been good to him so far. He bubbled a €10,000 Open Face Chinese Poker tournament, didn't cash in the €50,000 Super High Roller, and didn't make any long days here in the Main Event either.

Two-time WPT champion Chino Rheem has just been spotted taking down a pot to see him climb to 45,000 in chips.
On a board of 
the player on the big blind bet out 1,500 before Rheem raised it up to 4,200. The player on the button got out of the way and the original better called.
With the 
completing the board, the big blind checked. Rheem quickly reached for his chips and threw out 9,000. The bet was enough to take down the pot as Rheem’s opponents quickly threw his cards into the muck.

Moments later we spotted Natalie Hof raising to 500 and the German then folded a raise of the player in the small blind. One hand later, Daniel Erlandsson called a raise and bet the 
flop for 700. His opponent called and both checked the
