Spindler Straightens Haglund Out

Olof Haglund shoved over the top of a raise from Benny Spindler and Spindler threw out the call for around 25,000. Haglund showed and was in good shape against Spindler’s . “Good call.” Anatoly Filatov chimed in teasingly. Spindler didn’t react as the flop came and Filatov continued, “The flop is yours.”

Greenwood Jams on Lovgren

Sofia Lovgren opened to 2,500 from middle position and found a call from Sam Greenwood. Action trickled around to the player in the big blind who came along as well. The trio took in a flop and the big blind checked back to Lovgren. She continued out for 4,000 and Greenwood tossed forward a call. The big blind folded.

Fourth street brought the to the felt, prompting a bet of 10,500 from Lovgren. Greenwood thought for a moment before calling once again. The finished off the board and Lovgren wasted little time putting 20,000 past the betting line. This bet sent Greenwood into the tank for what amounted to just over two minutes.

"All in," said Greenwood, breaking the silence.

He was all in for what looked to be 83,800 total. Pressure was suddenly put back on Lovgren as she counted down her own stack to see where she stood in relation to the raise. Ultimately, she opted to let her cards go and Greenwood took down the pot.

PokerStars Team Online Pro Christian Favale is all patched up today and opened for a bet of 2,800. It folded round to the impish Anatoly Filatov who asked him, “You get rake back for this?” Favale shook his head no and Filatov made the call.
