Luca Doubles Through Schillhabel

Nível 15 : 1,500/3,000, 400 ante

We arrived at the scene to find Ivan Luca all in and at risk for his last 53,500 against Stefan Schillhabel.

Luca: {A-Clubs}{Q-Spades}
Schillhabel: {J-Diamonds}{j-Spades}

The board came down {A-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{2-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}, pairing Luca's ace and allowing him to double. He now has about 115,000 to his name while Schillhabel has dropped to 109,000.

Monfort Also with the Double

Nível 15 : 1,500/3,000, 400 ante

After a raise to 7,000, Ronan Monfort moved all in and Moundir Zoughari called all in with his short stack as well whereas the initial raiser folded. It was the {A-} {Q-} for the Team PokerStars Online Pro and pocket jacks for Zoughari, which saw Monfort take it thanks to a queen on the turn.

Danchev Doubles Through Bielskis

Nível 15 : 1,500/3,000, 400 ante

The action folded to Dimitar Danchev in the small blind and he moved all in for 29,400 chips. Andrius Bielskis called in the big blind with {A-Clubs} {7-Hearts} but couldn't hold up against the {K-Clubs} {J-Clubs} of the PCA champion on a board of {6-Spades} {9-Diamonds} {J-Spades} {4-Diamonds} {10-Hearts}.

Wydrowski Busts to Alilovic

Nível 15 : 1,500/3,000, 400 ante

Marcin Wydrowski three-bet shoved with {J-Diamonds} {J-Hearts} only to see initial raiser Miroslav Alilovic snap-call with the {Q-Clubs} {Q-Hearts}. The {3-Diamonds} {Q-Spades} {4-Spades} {5-Hearts} {9-Spades} board ran out dry for Wydrowski and he was drawing dead by the turn.

MacPhee Two-Outered

Nível 15 : 1,500/3,000, 400 ante

Kevin MacPhee may have grabbed an early pot but he just lost a big one with {j-}{j-} in a three bet pot against an opponent’s {9-}{9-}.

All the chips went in the middle on a flop of {7-}{4-}{3-} but a {9-} popped up on the river to do some damage to his stack.

Alilovic Takes It On the River

Nível 15 : 1,500/3,000, 400 ante

Marcin Wydrowski opened the action for 6,500 and Martins Adeniya in the big blind asked for a count before he put out the calling chips. Miroslav Alilovic in the big blind came along too.

It was three-ways to a flop of {8-Spades}{j-Spades}{3-Spades} which was checked around. The {6-Clubs} on the turn saw Wydrowski fire out 7,900 but that didn’t shake off either player and they saw the river card come the {10-Diamonds}. Alilovic now led out for 18,000 and that took down the pot.

Dominik Panka Eliminated

Nível 15 : 1,500/3,000, 400 ante
Dominik Panka
Dominik Panka

Dominik Panka started out short today, and got busy soon enough. He had already shoved twice, but received no calls those times. The third time wasn't going to be the charm, it would spell doom for him.

Panka shoved under the gun. Nobody asked for a count but it looked like about 40,000. Action folded to Pierre Peretti in the cutoff and the Frenchman called without inquiring about the size of the all in. The button and both blinds folded and they put their cards on their backs.

Pierre Peretti: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Spades}
Dominik Panka: {A-Hearts}{K-Clubs}

The coin flip wouldn't end well for Panka: {4-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{J-Clubs}{4-Clubs}. Tomorrow the €10,000 High Roller starts, maybe Panka will try his luck in that tournament. Panka won that event last year, let's see if he can go back to back.

MacPhee Thriving Early

Nível 15 : 1,500/3,000, 400 ante

Action folded around to Sweden's Alexander Ivarsson on the button and he put out a raise to 6,000. Kevin MacPhee was in the big blind and he called to see a flop.

The dealer produced a flop of {4-Clubs}{A-Clubs}{J-Diamonds} and MacPhee tapped the table. Ivarsson made a continuation bet of 6,000 and MacPhee stuck around. Both players checked after the board paired on the turn with the {4-Hearts} and the {9-Spades} finished the board. MacPhee took this opportunity to drop 11,800 into the middle. Ivarsson let it go and MacPhee dragged in the pot.

Pollak Claims Chip Discrepancy

Nível 15 : 1,500/3,000, 400 ante

Benjamin Pollak arrived at the table to find his bag of chips had been wrapped in another bag and when he opened them discovered that he didn’t have as much as he had written on the bag the night before. He thought he had 275,400 but this morning counted 267,000 which represented a shortfall of 8,400 or just under three big blinds.

The floor was called and it was explained that an extra bag is sometimes used if it was felt the first one was not secure enough for some reason. The floor went off to investigate and came back shortly after to say there were no unaccounted for chips and therefore nothing could be done. Without apportioning blame it was suggested that he may have miscounted. This is a rare but not unique occurrence.

Peters Folds Winning Hand

Nível 15 : 1,500/3,000, 400 ante

Tobias Peters min-raised to 6,000 from the cutoff and Sören Ingwart Vöhrs moved all in from one seat over. Marina Razuvaeva also moved all in out of the small blind and the Dutchman mucked his {6-Diamonds} {6-Spades} for everybody to see. Vöhrs was dominated with {8-Hearts} {10-Hearts} but got there against Razuaeva's {A-Spades} {Q-Spades} on a board of {6-Clubs} {3-Hearts} {9-Spades} {10-Clubs} {4-Spades} board.

Peters would have won the pot and Razuaeva had exactly one ante left, already left the table though and thus her next hand was dead, officially eliminating the Russian.
