Nível 2 : 75/150, 0 ante
Aurelie Quelain
Aurelie Quelain

Aurelie Quelain has won the Season 5 of popular poker show “La Maison Du Bluff” and just faced a raise of Manuel Sadornil to 375, the call of Fabrice Soulier and two further callers including Michael Tureniec. Quelain reraised to 1,650 and got three callers to see the flop of {8-Diamonds} {Q-Hearts} {K-Hearts}. Her continuation bet of 2,125 did the trick as Sadornil, Soulier and the third opponent all mucked.

Lovgren Among Early Casualties

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante
Sofia Lövgren
Sofia Lövgren

In the first two levels, 13 players have already been sent to the rail and one of them was Sofia Lovgren. According to the German colleagues who follow Marius Pospiech on the same table, Lovgren flopped a set of nines and her opponent had made a set of jacks. The remainder of the stack went in after the turn and the Swede could not find a miracle.

Litvinov and Geilich Clash

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante
Ludovic Geilich
Ludovic Geilich

As predicted it didn’t take long for Ludovic Geilich and Artem Litvinov to tangle in a hand which led Geilich to recall one of his favourite hands involving Litvinov.

We joined the action in this hand with a flop of {8-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{4-Spades}. Johnny Nedved bet 900 and Geilich bumped it up to 2,100. Litvinov was next to act and he cold four-bet to 5,300.

Nedved quickly folded and Geilich checked how much Litvinov had behind, which was around 16,000. Geilich waited for a while before checking his cards twice and pushing them forward.

Geilich then said to Litvinov, “I was waiting for you to say, If you want, go all in I call. Please don’t slow roll me if you go all in.” In reference to a notorious hand he had played against David Vamplew at EPT 9 Monte Carlo.

Litvinov did recall the hand and Geilich said that if ever feels a bit down he watches that and it cheers him up.

If you need cheering up you can watch it here.

Brummelhuis Busts

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante
Michiel Brummelhuis - Eliminated
Michiel Brummelhuis - Eliminated

A middle positioned player opened to 500 and action folded around to 2013 World Series of Poker November Niner Michiel Brummelhuis on the button. He made it 1,300 to go and the small blind folded. Konstantinos Nanos called from the big blind and the original raiser came along as well.

The flop came down {K-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{4-Hearts} and action checked to Brummelhuis. He continued for 1,450, Nanos called, and the original raiser folded. The {5-Spades} on the turn prompted checks from both players, allowing the {9-Hearts} to finish the board. Nanos bet 3,775 on the river and action was back on Brummelhuis. He thought for a moment before moving all in over the top for what looked to be around 8,000 total. Nanos immediately dropped calling chips past the betting line.

Brummelhuis showed {A-Clubs}{K-Spades} but was ultimately bested by Nanos' {5-Clubs}{5-Hearts} for a turned full house. Brummelhuis hit the rail and Nanos boosted his stack up to 43,000.

Heitmann Thriving

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

Jan Heitmann is tearing up the tables thus far and won yet another big pot before we spotted the PokerStars Team Pro betting 3,700 into a pot of 6,000. His opponent was sent into the think tank on the turn of a {A-Clubs} {3-Clubs} {9-Hearts} {2-Clubs} board and then eventually said a simple "no" before mucking the cards.

Lybaert Gives Up

Nível 3 : 100/200, 0 ante

There was a preflop raising war between Bart Lybaert and Vasili Firsau with another 2,850 chips going into the pot by both players on the {8-Spades} {2-Diamonds} {5-Spades} flop. Virsau then bet 5,000 on the {J-Hearts} turn and his opponent from Belgian let go. Lybaert is still up for the day though whereas Virsau is below starting stack and now also faces the opposition on EPT champion Jannick Wrang.
