With around 8,000 in the pot on a board of 2♦8♣4♠8♥, Luigi D'Alterio checked to Nikolai Ivanov who took his time before betting 5,000 from early position.
D'Alterio called under the gun and the Q♥ fell on the river. D'Alterio checked again and Ivanov checked back as D'Alterio turned over 5♣4♣ for two pair.
Ivanov mucked and D'Alterio took the pot.
Eleftherios Papangelis and Gilbert Sicsic built a pot of 7,000 as they went heads-up to the turn on a board of 5♠4♠3♦A♣. Papangelis then bet 3,500 from the button and Sicsic called in the cutoff.
The river was the 4♣ and Sicsic led out for 11,100. Papangelis covered his face with his hand, then leaned over the table and peered over at Sicsic's hand as he tanked for a minute. He eventually announced he was all in for 26,000 and Sicsic quickly folded.
"Wow. A big hand for three players," the only other player at the table said after the hand.
Pardeep Bariach opened to 600 under the gun and was called by Francesco Di Profio and Firoz Mangroe in middle position, and Jeremie Pezin in the big blind.
On the A♠K♦7♦ flop Pezin led out with a bet of 1,200. Bariach folded, but both Di Profio and Mangroe called.
Pezin was not deterred by the action, and on the 5♠ turn fired out a bet of 3,000, which only Di Profio called.
Matters slowed down on the J♣ river, with both players checking their option. Pezin turned over A♥Q♥ for a pair of aces and Di Profio mucked his hand.
With around 12,000 in the pot, Toru Ida and Daniel Clifford went to the river on a completed board of 7♥4♥A♣3♥10♦. Clifford then led out for 7,200 from the small blind.
Ida put in a raise to 15,000 on the button and Clifford tanked for a minute before calling. Ida showed K♥5♥ for a flush and Clifford mucked, dropping down to a short stack early on Level 1.
Afonso Salcedo opened to 300 from the button and Charles Whitehouse produced a three-bet from the big blind of 2,100. Salcedo called.
On the K♣8♦Q♣ flop Whitehouse led out with a bet of 1,500, to be faced with a three-bet from Salcedo to 4,700. Whitehouse called.
On the 6♣ turn Whitehouse checked to Salcedo and he fired out a bet of 8,000, leading to a reasonably quick fold from Whitehouse.
