Cappiello Makes Full House to Bust Malec in 20-Minute Hand

Nível 10 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

In a hand that lasted nearly twenty minutes and had the dealer nearly nodding off, Sebastian Malec raised to 2,600 from the small blind, Candido Cappiello reraised to 11,000 from the big blind and Malec called.

The flop came 2K2. Malec checked and Cappiello bet 6,500, which Malec called.

The turn was the 2x and Malec checked again. Cappiello sized up to 14,000 and Malec once again went into the tank before making the call.

The river came the 4. Malec checked for a third time and Cappiello moved a stack of blues into the middle, representing the rest of his opponent's stack, around 60,000 effective. Another good few minutes went by, a neutral player stood up to comment on the time elapsed.

Malec eventually put his chips in the middle and showed 77 for a full house, deuces full of sevens. Cappiello flipped over AK for a full house, deuces full of kings to win the pot and chip up late in the day. Malec, meanwhile, was eliminated.
