Dmitrii Prusov had just fired his second bullet when he bet 3,000 under the gun in a four-way pot on a flop of 10♠6♦5♣. Luc Lafontaine then raised to 12,500 in the cutoff and Prusov moved all in for 24,500.

Lafontaine tanked for more than a minute until he called to put Prusov at risk.

"I got lucky. Sometimes you need that," Lafontaine said.

Livshitz Doubles Up Against Ticherfatine's Bluff

Gabi Livshitz, fresh off a fifth place finish in the FPS Main Event, wasted no time returning to the tables and found himself in a significant hand with Cecile Ticherfatine.

Before the flop was revealed, the pot had already got to around 7,800 chips.

The flop, 3♠10♣9♠, led Ticherfatine to check-call Livshitz's bet of 2,200.

Both players opted to check through the Q♣ on the turn.

When the 4♠ completed the board, Ticherfatine wasted no time in going all-in, prompting Livshitz to make a snap call.

"Time for a bluff," Ticherfatine declared as she revealed 7♦8♦. Livshitz turned over K♠10♠, revealing a flush and securing a double-up.

Wheeler Left Short as Scafini Makes Nut Flush

Lucas Scafini raised from early position and Jason Wheeler put in the three-bet to 2,200 from middle position, which Scafini called.

The flop ran out 4♥9♥K♥. Scafini checked and Wheeler continued for 1,800. Scafini called the bet. The turn was the J♥ and Scafini checked again. With four hearts now on the board, Wheeler bet again for 2,100, only slightly more than his flop bet.

The river was the 7♣ and Scafini checked. Wheeler now had just 8,000 left behind and after thinking it through also opted to check back his hand. Scafini flipped over A♥6♥ for the nut flush, his check on the river an invitation for Wheeler to barrel again.

Wheeler avoided the final bluff, but was left short stacks as Scafini pulled in the pot.

Pronilow Gives Ju Some Credit

Hamilton quickly folded, but Pronilow tanked for a minute before he also folded.

Nina Krasilnikova arrived at the table during the hand and introduced herself to each of her tablemates. "Smile," she told Pronilow.

"I am smiling. I couldn't have wished for a better day," Pronilow replied. "I gave you a lot of credit there," he told Ju who raked in the pot uncontested.
