Andrew Chen raised to 8,000 from middle position, receiving a call form Luca Marki, in the cutoff, and both the blinds.
All four players checked to the turn as the board now read J♥3♥5♣3♣. The action checked to Chen who put out a delayed continuation bet of 12,000. Only Marki called.
The 8♦ river saw Chen bet again, this time for 21,000. Marki snap-called. Chen tabled Q♥J♦ for top pair, winning him this pot.
Bert Stevens raised to 11,000 from early position and Christopher Puetz three-bet to 29,000 from late position, which Stevens called.
The flop came 8♣7♠7♣. Stevens checked, Puetz bet 16,000 and Stevens called. Both players then checked back on the 6♥ turn.
The river was the 6♠ and Stevens announced a bet of 69,000, leaving just 35,000 behind in his stack. Puetz used two time bank cards before eventually making the fold, giving Stevens the pot.
"It was perfectly balanced," said Stevens as he scooped the chips.
Daniel Kyosev raised to 8,000 from the cutoff, Masashi Oya three-bet to 19,000 from the button and Kyosev called.
Kyosev check-called a bet of 6,000 from Oya on the 7♥10♥Q♦ flop.
Kyosev checked on the 5♣ turn. Oya bet again, this time for 21,000. Kyosev moved all in for 78,000 and Oya was forced to fold.
Tom Middleton opened to 8,000 from middle position and was called by Christopher Puetz on the button.
Mounir Tajiou was in the big blind, and he reached for chips and produced a three-bet to 37,000.
Middleton took some time before shipping the rest of his chips into the middle, for around 120,000, and both of his opponents quickly disposed of their hands.
Action was on the flop on a board of 8♦A♣J♣. Govert Metaal checked and Sergey Lebedev fired out a bet. Metaal then check-raised to 80,000 and Lebedev called.
The turn came the J♠ and Metaal pushed all in for around 150,000. Lebedev snap called.
Metaal showed 8♥8♠ for a full house, eights full of jacks. Lebedev, however, had A♦J♦ for a higher full house with jacks full of aces.
The river was the 5♣. Lebedev won a huge pot that brought him up among the chip leaders, while Metaal was eliminated from the tournament.
Aleksei Vandyshev open-jammed from under the gun for his remaining 31,000. Dan Smith, in the small blind, moved all in himself and the hand went to a showdown.

Vandyshev was behind, but the 4♣Q♥9♦ flop reversed their fates. The Q♣ turn had Smith drawing dead and Vandyshev doubled up.
Cesar Garcia opened to 8,000 under the gun and Elias Gutierrez defended his big blind.
On the A♣6♦8♥ flop, Gutierrez check-called a bet of 5,000 from Garcia.
The Q♥ rolled off on the turn, and Gutierrez check-folded versus a bet of 18,000 from Garcia.
The pot stood at 55,000 with two players looking at a full board of 6♣8♣2♣Q♦Q♠.
Yauheni Tsiareshchanka, in the big blind, bet out for a sizable 45,000. Antoine Labat, who was under the gun, went deep into the tank, eventually making the call.
Tsiareshchanka tabled Q♥2♥, having gone runner-runner to make a full house.
Action folded to Romain Lewis in the cutoff, who opened to 9,000, receiving a call from Artur Martirosian on the button.
Action folded to Felipe Boianovsky in the big blind, who produced a three-bet to 38,000. Lewis took a time bank before moving all in for around 143,000, and Boianovsky, who had slightly more, made the quick call.

Boianovsky's jacks were ahead in a race and remained so after the 9♠2♣10♦ flop.
However, the A♣ rolled off on the turn to give Lewis the lead with a pair of aces, leaving Boianovsky drawing to a jack.
The river brought the J♣, Boianovsky spiking a two-outer, sending Lewis to the rail.
Eric Sfez raised to 8,000 from middle position. Dan Smith called in the hijack.
Both players checked to the river as the full board now read 6♣8♣A♠5♠3♦. Sfez was first to make a play for this hand, betting out for 12,000. Smith elected to fold.
