Martirosian Busts to Boianovsky Moments After Bubble

As reported by a player, action was on the flop on a board of 9♦7♠J♥. Artur Martirosian checked, Felipe Boianovsky put out a bet and Martirosian check-raised. Boianovsky called.

The turn came the 4♦ and Martirosian shoved all in. Boianovsky made the call and showed K♦7♦ for a pair of sevens and flush draw. Martirosian was behind with Q♣10♥ but had outs for a straight draw.

The river came the 7♣ and Boianovsky held to send Martirosian to the rail.

Ju Finds a Much Needed Double

Samuel Ju moved all in for 27,000 from the small blind and Andras Nemeth called in the big blind.

The flop landed K♠Q♣7♠ giving Nemeth top pair, but Ju was open-ended. The 2♠ turn gave Ju additional outs to a flush draw and the Q♠ completed his flush.

Ju, not realizing he'd won the hand, got up to leave the tournament floor. It was only upon a second look he realised he had in fact doubled up.

Satubayev Busts Shylko on Bubble

Aliaksandr Shylko was under the gun with only 3,000 left, and he flicked his chips in before the cards were dealt so that he would be eligible to win the big blind ante, rather than waiting to be forced all-in in the big blind and being unable to pay the ante.

Action folded to Daniel Rezaei, who had been making hay on the bubble, and he raised to 35,000. Shyngis Satubayev was in the big blind and he queried with the floor what would happen if he busted in the same hand as Shylko. He was informed that as they were at the same table, the player with the higher starting stack would take the higher place finish. On hearing this, Satubayev called.

On the 6♥10♠2♦ flop, Rezaei led out with a bet of 20,000 and Satubayev called.

The Q♣ rolled off on the turn, and Rezaei slowed down, checking to his opponent. Satubayev fired out a bet of 25,000, but Rezaei wasn't going anywhere and called.

The 5♦ completed the board and was checked through.

Aliaksandr Shylko showed 2♣4♠ for a pair of deuces, Rezaei had 10♣4♣ for a pair of tens, but Satubayev had 10♦9♦ for a pair of tens with the better kicker, sending him the pot, and sending the unfortunate Shylko to the rail empty handed.

All remaining players are now guaranteed a minimum payout of €51,000.

Rezaei Wins Pot With River Lead

The bubble still hasn't burst in the High Roller as the shorter stacked players attempt to cautiously crawl their way into the money.

Small pots are still being played. In one such hand, Daniel Rezaei raised from early position and Sergey Lebedev called in late position.

The flop came 8♠7♥9♦. Rezaei checked, Lebedev bet 15,000 and Rezaei called. Both players then checked it back on the 7♦ turn.

The river came the 9♠ and Rezaei switched to a lead for 85,000. Lebedev went into the tank and then folded his hand to give Rezaei the pot.

The J♦9♣9♦ flop was checked to Rezaei, who slid out a bet of 20,000. Oya then check-raised to 60,000, Sfez folded and Rezaei called.

On the K♣ turn, Oya fired again, putting out a bet of 65,000. Rezaei again called.

The 2♣ river completed the board, and Oya fired out a bet of 280,000.

Rezaei went deep into the tank, burning through six time banks before eventually folding, claiming he had queen-jack.
