Navarro Busts Ruggeri and Doubles Via Bonomo

Nível 9 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Mario Navarro
Mario Navarro

The flop read 884 and Justin Bonomo had put out a bet of 2,000, only to be check-raised by Mario Navarro in the big blind to 8,000. The all-in triangle was in front of Umberto Ruggeri from under the gun for around 23,000, who had presumably check-jammed.

Bonomo considered his options and rejammed, covering Navarro. Navarro quickly got the rest of his chips, totaling 34,100, into the middle.

Umberto Ruggeri: KK All in
Mario Navarro: 98 All in
Justin Bonomo: A10

Navarro had flopped trip eights to overtake Ruggeri's pocket kings, but he still had outs to fade against Bonomo's flush draw.

The 2 turn and J river were indeed bricks and Navarro scooped a decent pot, Ruggeri said his goodbyes and Bonomo sustained a bit of damage to his stack.

Nível 7 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Mario Navarro
Mario Navarro

The action was picked up with 10,000 chips in front of Mario Navarro, Anton Volkov all in for around 7,000 and Ramiro Petrone was putting in calling chips, with action on the side.

On the K22 flop, Navarro led out with a bet of 6,000 and Petrone quickly folded.

Anton Volkov: A8 All in
Mario Navarro: JJ

Volkov's ace-high needed some help versus Navarro's jacks, but none arrived on the 9 turn or J river, with Navarro improving to a full house.

Nível 6 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Leon Sturm
Leon Sturm

The pot stood at 22,500 with three players looking at a flop of Q92.

Leon Sturm, in the small blind, bet out for 5,500, Atanas Malinov called in middle position and Vasily Klyukin raised to 20,000 from the button. Sturm called and Malinov folded.

The 2 saw Sturm check to the aggressor. Klyukin bet out for 12,000 and Sturm moved all in, putting Klyukin to the test for his effective stack. Klyukin made a frustrated call.

Vasily Klyukin: J9
Leon Sturm: KQ

The river landed the 3; Klyukin's pair of nines and a missed flush draw fell to the top pair of Sturm, and Klyukin was sent to the rail.

Nível 6 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

The player on the button opened to 1,000, receiving a call from Atanas Malinov, in the big blind.

Malinov checked at the sight of the 299 flop. The button placed a continuation bet and Malinov check-raised to 2,500. The button clicked it back to 7,100 and Malinov four-bet jammed for his opponent's effective stack of 20,100. The button called.

Button: A6
Atanas Malinov: 98

Malinov's flopped trips were improved to a full house on the 2 turn. The A river changed nothing and the button was sent to the rail.

Martirosian Busts Livshitz

Nível 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
Artur Martirosian
Artur Martirosian

Gabi Livshitz opened to 500 under the gun and was met with a three-bet to 1,800 by Artur Martirosian in the next seat. Livshitz called.

On the 9103 flop, Livshitz check-called versus a bet of 3,000 from Martirosian.

The 4 rolled off on the turn, and Livshitz again check-called a bet of 8,500 from Martirosian.

The 9 river completed the board, and Livshitz, who had about 17,000 behind, checked once more. Martirosian reached for chips and slid out a bet of 35,000, putting Livshitz to the test for the rest of his stack early in the tournament.

Livshitz immediately spread out his three time banks in front of the dealer and went deep into thought. Eventually, he flicked in a calling chip and was shown the bad news when Martirosian revealed 33 for a set of threes.

Livshitz tapped the table, mucked his hand and gathered his things, departing as the first player to bust the tournament.
