Stanislav Tryska opened 5,000 in middle position and only Michel Karim came along from the big blind.
The dealer spread a flop of Q♠8♠4♠, and Karim check-called a bet of 4,000.
The 8♦ turn was checked through to see the 6♠ river. Karim checked once more and Tryska flung a bet of 13,000 into the middle.
Karim went into the tank for some time, eventually grabbing the 13,000. As he did, Tryska looked back at his hand and Karim paused. A few more seconds went by before Karim pushed his cards toward the dealer.
