Dedusha Scores a Lucky Double

Nível 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Youri Jedlinski had gotten out of the way when the preflop shove by Artan Dedusha for 15,900 was looked up by David Vinayagamoorthy.

"Rebuy please," Dedusha joked as he exposed the {8-Spades}{6-Spades}. He was up against the {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs} of Vinayagamoorthy but somehow got there on the {j-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{6-Clubs} river.

"Don't put that hand there, I will be embarrassed," the jovial Brit joked before raking in the pot.

"I folded pocket sevens, Jedlinski mentioned.

Buonanno Doubles Through Mendoza

Nível 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Antonio Buonanno
Antonio Buonanno

The cards of Jeremias Mendoza were already in the muck and he paid off a double to former EPT San Remo Main Event champion Antonio Buonanno. With the {q-Spades}{6-Clubs}{2-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{j-Spades} board showing, the {a-Spades}{4-Spades} of the Italian represented the nuts and he doubled for 15,500.

According to Carl Shaw on the same table, Mendoza had bet the pot on the river with pocket sevens for a set only to pay off the nut flush of Buonanno.

Kulev Pressures Dimitrov

Nível 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Action was heads up with 3,000 in the middle and {6-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{5-Hearts} on the board when Stefan Dimitrov bet 1,100 from the big blind. Alex Kulev called from middle position and the turn was {7-Clubs}.

Dimitrov check-called a 3,600 bet from Kulev and the river was {10-Clubs}.

Dimitrov checked again on the river but it was 12,000 from Kulev this time, and that was too much so he threw his hand in the muck to give up the pot.

See You Later Mister Slater

Nível 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Joris Ruijs
Joris Ruijs

Jonathan Therme raised to 1,000 and Joris Ruijs three-bet to 2,300 on the button. Tim Slater then pushed all-in with a shorter stack from one seat over and Therme folded, Ruijs instantly called as the table big stack.

Tim Slater: {a-Hearts}{q-Hearts}
Joris Ruijs: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

The {k-Spades}{j-Spades}{10-Diamonds} flop would have gotten the chips in anyways as top set met broadway. Nothing much changed with the {a-Diamonds} turn but the {10-Hearts} river paired the board to eliminate Slater.

Boinaud Eliminated by Karapanos

Nível 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

On a flop of {q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}, the last 8,200 of Philippe Boinaud went into the middle of the table and he was looked up by table neighbour Michail Karapanos.

Philippe Boinaud: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}
Michail Karapanos: {k-Hearts}{q-Spades}

The Greek was ahead with the top pair while Boinaud had plenty of outs on his gutshot and nut flush draw. However, two bricks followed with the {5-Hearts} turn and {3-Spades} river as the Frenchman departed mid-way through level four.

Kassouf Talks Himself Out of It

Nível 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Action was heads up with {2-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{6-Spades} on the board and a small pot in the middle and action had checked to William Kassouf on the button. Kassouf fired 3,200, but Marc Foggin shoved 10,400 from a few seats over. The other players got out of the way and Kassouf went deep into the tank to begin his usual line of questioning.

After he asked his opponent if he had a set of fours, pocket fives, pocket threes, six-five, and other possibilities, Kassouf finally got away from it.

"Nit-fold," he said as he tossed his hand in the muck.
