Simon Joins Millionaire's Club With Ace-High Hero Call
Nível 18
: Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Heads-up on a flop of 9♦3♦9♥, Marian Virlanuta bet 21,000 from under the gun and [Removed:553] called in the hijack.
Both players checked the 6♣ turn before Virlanuta led out for another 91,000 on the 4♥ river.
Simon puzzled over the decision for a minute before placing a chip in the pot to signify a call. Virlanuta was then forced to show K♥J♠ for a bluff and Simon quickly revealed his A♥K♣ as he took the pot with just ace-high.
