Moments after Konstantin Farber's elimination, Sener Zafer at the same table found himself at risk for 76,000 chips on the button against Samuel Mullur in the cutoff.
Sener Zafer: Q♦10♠
Samuel Mullur: Q♥Q♣
On 7♠3♦3♥3♣9♠, Zafer couldn't find any help and was eliminated.
From the cutoff, Oleg Ustinovich raised to 20,000. Then in the big blind, Henrik Brockmann went into the tank. He looked at the screen, counted his stack. And after a minute, he three-bet all in for 85,000. Oleg Ustinovich made the call.
Henrik Brockmann: 10♠5♠
Oleg Ustinovich: 9♦7♦
All the players at the table smiled when a ten came on Q♥10♣3♣6♣Q♣, to secure a double up for Brockmann.
Riccardo Trevisani opened in middle position to 22,000 and got called by Rui Bouquet in middle position and Daniel Nagy in the big blind.
The 4♣8♦4♠ flop landed and action checked to Trevisani who continued for 20,000. Both players called.
The 7♠ landed on the turn and action slowed down and checked all the way to Bouquet who only went into the tank for a moment before putting out a bet of 51,000. Nagy called after only a moment and Trevisani got out of the way.
The 3♣ river hit the felt and Nagy checked for the last time. Bouquet went into the tank for almost three minutes before finally checking back.
Nagy tabled 8♥7♥ for two pair and Bouquet tabled A♥A♠ for a superior two pair, taking the pot after getting sneaky with aces.
Action folded to Hossein Zolghadriha in middle position who moved all in for his remaining 87,000. It then folded all the way to Bogdan Berinde in the small blind who thought over his options for a moment and then moved all in for 345,000. The big blind got out of the way and they were off to a full board with the cards tabled.
Hossein Zolghadriha: 9♠9♥
Bogdan Berinde: A♠Q♦
No sweat as the flop came 9♣9♦10♦3♥J♣ and with quads Berinde scored the chips and the knockout.
From middle position, Ankit Ahuja opened to 20,000, and was called by Ran Azor in the cutoff. But on the button, Frank Habermann raised all in for 147,000. In the big blind, Florian Guimond called, and made Ahuja and Azor fold.
Frank Habermann: A♣K♠
Florian Guimond: J♥J♠
On 7♦4♠7♠K♣Q♣, Habermann hit a king on the turn to double up. Down to 64,000 chips, Guimond three-bet to 60,000 from the small blind after Andrei Bocharnikov opened in middle position. Bocharnikov four-bet all in to force Guimond to go all in with his 4,000 last chips.
"I'll wait a few minutes for the pay jump, one elimination is needed," said the Frenchman. He waited four or five minutes. But as there were no eliminations, he eventually called.
Florian Guimond: A♦8♠
Andrei Bocharnikov: A♠K♣
The dealer fanned a board of 5♣9♣4♠4♦9♥. Thanks to a second pair on the river, Guimond was saved by a split.
Piotr Wroblewski opened in early position to 25,000 before it got to Kurt Radinger on the button who moved all in for about 70,000. Saad Shehata was in the small blind and opted to go all in before getting snap-called by Wroblewski, who had both players covered.
Saad Shehata: A♣4♦
Kurt Radinger: A♦8♦
Piotr Wroblewski: K♦K♠
The full board ran out J♠6♦10♣5♦K♥, and with top set, Wroblewski pulled in the chips and scored the double knockout
