The PokerStars European Poker Tour (EPT) presented by Monte-Carlo Casino® has been known to attract some of the biggest stars in the world of poker for the annual stop at the Monte-Carlo Sporting complex in Monaco on the French Riviera. Several of them already took part in the opening €10,200 Mystery Bounty Event, which attracted a field of 83 entries.
Fast forward one day and a €25,000 Single-Day High Roller paved the way for more high-stakes action. With levels of 30 minutes each, the tournament will play down to a winner tonight and until the dinner break upon completion of level 10, a strong field of 66 entries emerged thus far. Exactly half of the field has already been eliminated as 33 players remain spread across five tables.
However, the late registration remains open until the cards are back in the air for level 11 with blinds of 2,000-5,000 and a big blind ante of 5,000. renowned football striker Neymar Jr. is among those with chips at their disposal and he is surrounded by poker stars such as Sam Greenwood, Nick Petrangelo, Daniel Dvoress, Mike Watson, Mikita Badziakouski, Steve O'Dwyer and Adrian Mateos.

In a battle of the blinds, Sirzat Hissou got his stack of 96,000 into the middle with the . He was looked up by Pascal Lefrancois with the dominating and the flop all but sealed Hissou's fate.
The turn and river provided a miracle escape for Hissou, who used the old trick of standing up from his chair and getting ready to leave.

Ben Heath doubled through Tsugunari Toma for the last 34,000 when his held up versus in a preflop contest. The board brought no upset as the aces prevailed.
