Sunzeri Exits as Bubble, Ends Night

Dalibor Hill opened from middle position. Action folded to the very short stacked Daniele Sunzeri in the big blind who got all the chips in the middle as they awaited the tournament director's sign to run the hand. Two other short stacks survived the same hand while they awaited.

Daniele Sunzeri: {q-Spades}{7-Hearts}
Dalibor Hill: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}

The board ran out ace high with no help for Sunzeri, so he was left on the outside looking in as the rest of the field celebrated making the cash.

Nakazawa Building Stack as Bubble Nears

Yosuke Nakazawa opened to 25,000 from under the gun. Giuseppe Petti made the call on the button, as did Ivaylo Panev in the big blind.

The flop came out {5-Hearts}{5-Spades}{4-Diamonds}. Panev checked, Nakazawa continued for 25,000. Both other players let their cards go facing his big stack and a looming bubble.

Kozieja Flops Set at Perfect Time

Blinds 4,000/8,000/8,000

A player in the hijack opened to 18,000 and Grzegorz Kozieja made the call on the button. The rest of the table folded.

The flop showed up {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}. After his opponent led for 34,000, Kozieja called.

The turn came a [3sh]. The cutoff player moved all in for about 190,000, which GKoziejasnap-called.

Cutoff: {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}
Grzegorz Kozieja: {7-Spades}{7-Hearts}

Kozieja had his opponent drawing dead with the flopped set, scooping the large pot to catapult up the leaderboard.

Vural Wins Race to More Than Double

Blinds 4,000/8,000/8,000

Mohamed Madani opened to 13,000 from early position. Cenk Oguz made the call in the hijack. On the button, Duman Vural moved all in for 61,000. Madani made the call, Oguz got out of the way.

Duman Vural: {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}
Modamed Madano: {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}

At risk, Vural saw the {q-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} run out to put a straight on the board, but his king gave him the bigger straight and the winner.
