Panades Makes the Right Call But Isn't Rewarded

Victor Panades raised from late position and Gonzalo Ranero three-bet jammed from the big blind with a bigger stack. Panades gave it some thought and called.

Panades was far ahead with a bigger pair and tablemate Peter Hedlund gave him a fist bump before the flop landed 
to give his opponent a big lead with a set. Ranero improved to a full house as the board finished out 
and Panades hit the rail as his Swedish friend tried to console him.
"It was a great call!" Hedlund remarked.
