Nemeth Doubles Through Bujtas

Nível 9 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

The winner of the last €25,000 Single-Day High Roller, Andras Nemeth was just all-in preflop versus Laszlo Butas.

Andras Nemeth: {a-Spades}{j-Spades}
Laszlo Bujtas: {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}

The board came {5-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{6-Spades}{7-Spades}, bringing no help to Bujtas to double up Nemeth.

Ruida Three-Bets Nemeth

Nível 9 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

The flop came {q-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}. From the button Lin Ruida bet 6,000. Andras Nemeth raised to 16,500 from the big blind.

Ruida shifted uncomfortably and started muttering "I don't know what is going on today" he said before plopping in a three-bet raise to 62,000. It was now Nemeth's turn to stew as he shook his head and sighed before laying it down,

Ruida showed the {q-Diamonds}.

Adams Busts Guilbert

Nível 9 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Johan Guilbert was getting up from the table with his defeated hand of {a-}{k-} showing on a board of {7-}{8-}{k-}{4-}{2-}. His top pair was no good against the {4-}{4-} set of Timothy Adams as all the chips got in the middle on the river and Guilbert left to buy back in.

Schemion Leaves Petrangelo Short

Nível 8 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Ole Schemion
Ole Schemion

On a river board of {10-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{7-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}, Ole Schemion led for 17,500 from the big blind and was then faced with an all-in bet from Nick Petrangelo for about 85,000 effective.

Schemion gave the decision for his tournament life some thought before making the call.

Ole Schemion: {a-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}
Nick Petrangelo: {j-Clubs}{10-Clubs}

Schemion's pair of aces was good as Petrangelo could only show a pair of tens, which has brought him down into the 20 big blind range.

Meanwhile, the third-place finisher of the last EPT 25k High Roller, Sirzat Hissou has entered the field.

Petrangelo Gets Calls From Chidwick

Nível 8 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

The board read {9-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} on the river. From the cutoff, Nick Petrangelo bet 35,000 over to Stephen Chidwick in the big blind who used up a time extension before he called.

Petrangelo showed the {a-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} for top pair which was the winner as Chidwick mucked.

Pardo Takes More From Ruida

Nível 8 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Juan Pardo
Juan Pardo

With action picked up on the turn in a roughly 32,000 chip pot, Lin Ruida checked from the big blind on a board of {k-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} and was met with a bet of 27,000 from Juan Pardo in the hijack.

Ruida called to see the {6-Hearts} fall on the river, and again he checked. This time, Pardo slid forward a tower of T-5,000 chips that covered Ruida's roughly 100,000 chip stack.

Ruida folded fairly quickly as his once-mighty stack has returned to nearly its original size.
