The player in the hijack started the action by raising to 1,600 and both Tony Dunst in the cutoff and Piotr Nurzynski in the blinds called.

The flop revealed {4-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{9-Hearts} and Nurzynski checked to the hijack who bet 2,000. Dunst and Nurzynski called once more.

On the {j-Spades} turn, it was checked to Dunst who sent a bet of 7,200. Nurzynski raised it to 20,000 and Dunst moved all in for a total stack worth 25,600 after the third player folded. Nurzynski called to create the following showdown:

Jouvenet Scores Double Knockout

Federico Petruzzelli opened to 2,000 and a short stack moved all in for 24,200. Florian Jouvenet reshoved and Petruzzelli called with the {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}. The short stack turned over {10-Hearts}{10-Spades} and Jouvenet had the best of it with the {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}.

There was no upset on the {8-Spades}{6-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} and the double knockout vaulted Jouvenet into a big stack prior to the dinner break.

Robert Mizrachi raised to 2,000 on the button and big stack Jingwei Zhang called in the big blind. The flop brought {q-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} and Zhang checked, then called a bet of 2,000 before doing so again for 4,300 on the {j-Spades} turn.

After the {7-Hearts} river, Zhang checked once more and Mizrachi made it 11,900 to go. Zhang called and Mizrachi tabled {k-Spades}{k-Clubs} to win the pot.

Andre Marques appears to be the current chip leader with more than 200,000 and he has sent Carlo Savinelli to the rail when he flopped a set of fours against the ace-king for top pair of Savinelli.

Marques put his chips to use soon after when he took on Sebastian Wahl and Vlada Stojanovic. First, he bet the {5-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{6-Spades}{k-Spades} river for 2,200 and Wahl called. Marques tabled {k-Clubs}{10-Hearts} and Wahl had that beat with {k-Hearts}{q-Spades}.

"You saved 600 chips with the bet," Wahl joked.

One hand later, Stojanovic raised to 1,600 on the button and Marques called in the big blind. They checked the {q-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} flop, Marques led the {8-Diamonds} turn for 1,400 and the {3-Hearts} river for 3,200. Stojanovic called and was shown the {9-Spades}{5-Hearts} by the Portuguese, he chopped with {6-Clubs}{5-Clubs}.

Ruzzi Grabs Chips from Baumann

Matias Ruzzi raised in the cutoff and it was called by Gaelle Baumann in the big blind.

The flop brought {10-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and Baumann check-called Ruzzi's bet for 1,400. The turn {4-Hearts} and river {a-Hearts} were check-check and Baumann revealed {k-Spades}{2-Spades} for a pair of kings. The dealer sent the pot to Ruzzi who held {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} and won with kicker ace.

Dattani Folds to Rabut; Troyanovskiy Can't Shake Off Velador

Michel Dattani was involved in a bigger pot with table neighbor Eric Rabut and bet the {q-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{j-Clubs} river for 17,800. Rabut moved all in for more than 45,000 and Dattani tank-folded.

Two tables over, Luis Velador check-called a bet of 4,000 by Vladimir Troyanovskiy on the {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{j-Spades} flop and the {10-Clubs} turn and {4-Diamonds} river were checked. Velador tabled {a-Clubs}{q-Spades} for a straight and Troyanovskiy mucked his cads in disgust.
