Martin Jacobson was off to a great start, but things reversed rather quickly for the 2014 World Series of Poker Main Event champ.
In a recent hand, David Dayan opened for 1,000 only to have Jacobson three-bet to 3,000 from the button. Yuichi Sumida then four-bet all in for 9,925 from the big blind, Dayan folded, and Jacobson made the call.

flop paired Jacobson, but he needed more help if he hoped to eliminate his Japanese opponent. The 
turn didn't do it, and neither did the 
river. Ship the double to Simida.
