Fabio Sperling from Germany made it 9,000 under the gun and a couple positions down Adrian Bussman made the call. From the button Viktor Blom shoved all in for the remaining 28,000 he had. Both blinds folded but Sperling and Bussman made the call.

Blom didn't seem all that confident in his hand as Sperling bet out 29,000 on {10-Spades}{5-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} and Bussman called. Blom looked like he had already left in his head and playfully shuffled his two cards.

Meanwhile, Sperling and Bussman were still at it. Both players checked the {6-Clubs} on the turn so they saw the {5-Diamonds} without any further investment.

Sperling checked again and Bussman bet 45,000. Sperling thought about it for a little while before eventually folding.

Bussman showed his missed {8-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} first. Blom got up from the table and joyfully slammed his {8-Clubs}{8-Hearts} on the table. He high-fived Bussman and the table laughed. Just Sperling, claiming he folded a ten, wasn't laughing as hard as the rest of them.

"Are you friends?" asked someone to Bussman and Blom. "I guess we are now" Bussman laughed.

A Min Cash For Trickett

Nível 16 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante
Sam Trickett
Sam Trickett

Poker super star Sam Trickett has just been knocked out right after the money bubble burst. Trickett was sipping on a beer with very little chips as he reached the money, and he managed to get them in holding the {j-Hearts}{7-Clubs} only to run into the {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds} of Ryan Spittles.

The {j-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{2-Spades} flop gave Trickett a little help, but he'd receive no more as the {5-Spades} blanked on the turn followed by the {8-Hearts} on the river.

Trickett recently finished second in WPT Venice and he's looking to carry his good play and fortune into the upcoming EPT events in Sanremo and Monte Carlo.

Ronny Kaiser is The Bubble

Frei Dilling from Denmark opened the hijack with a raise to 8,000 and right next to him Artem Metalidi from the Ukraine moved all in for 97,500. The player on the button quickly folded but Ronny Kaiser in the small blind wasn't so quick to make his decision. He thought for awhile before eventually calling all in for 88,000. The big blind folded and so did Dilling.

The dealer instructed both players to keep their cards closed and the action was halted for a bit. The tournament director came over and informed everyone there were two all in and calls. Kaiser was at risk but would he lose, there was still the possibility he would chop the money if the other all in and call player would lose as well.

"I have aces" Kaiser said with a straight face, before eventually bursting out laughing making sure everyone knew he was joking around. The EPT Tallinn 2011 Champion was at risk and when the moment was there, revealed he had {A-Clubs}{K-Clubs}. Metalidi tabled his {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs} and with a lot of people watching the dealer slowly started putting community cards on the table.

The flop brought the {7-Spades}, {6-Hearts} and {7-Diamonds} on the table. The tournament director said Kaiser needed an ace or king. Running sevens would help Kaiser as well but it wasn't meant to be. The {4-Clubs} on the turn left him just six outs and those aces and kings stayed in the deck. Rather the {3-Clubs} completed the board and Kaiser was the official bubble of the PokerStars.net European Poker Tour Vienna 2014 event.

The board ran out {5-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{6-Clubs} and the Romanian pro, who's got over a million in live tournament earnings, secured a double up.

34 Skrillees Remained in Last Longer Competition at the Start of Day 3

Nível 15 : 1,500/3,000, 400 ante
Skrill
Skrill

On Day 1a, 62 players signed up for the Skrill Last Longer competition, and on Day 1b 98 more joined them. That brought the total number of participants up to 160 players, but only 34 of them started Day 3 (see full list below).

The Skrill Last Longer competition is being held at each stop on this season’s EPT, of which they’re an official sponsor. The promotion is simple – players sign up for the promotion either online (preregistration is available) or at the Skrill booth (which will be present at each stop); don a Skrill patch; and then aim to be the last man or woman standing. The last player remaining will then receive their buy-in back via their Skrill account.

While Skrill is upping the ante for Season 10 with a bigger branding initiative, this isn’t their first appearance on the EPT; as a matter of fact, they were a sponsor of Season 8 and have held previous “Last Longer” promotions.

The company’s website provides a bit more information on Skrill, which rebranded from Moneybookers back in 2010:

“Skrill has been moving money digitally since 2001. We offer online payment solutions for businesses and consumers, allowing them to pay and get paid globally. Over 36 million account holders already trust Skrill. Our customers can send and receive money worldwide in 200 countries and 40 currencies, securely and at low cost, without revealing their personal financial details. Your business will benefit from our worldwide payment network with over 100 payment options. Whether through a simple one-step integration or a fully-tailored payment solution. Whoever you are, however you like to pay or get paid, trust Skrill to make your online payments simpler, faster and safer.”

Headquartered in London, Skrill is looking to make their presence known in the poker world with a commitment to customer satisfaction through innovation and service. Not only that, they’re looking to be more than just a company by becoming a trusted and respected member of the poker community.

Chidwick Busts Markushevski in Classic Set Up

Nível 15 : 1,500/3,000, 400 ante
Stephen Chidwick
Stephen Chidwick

Stephen Chidwick opened under the gun plus one to 6,000. Right next to him was Vadzim Markushevski from Belarus and he made it 15,000 to go. The player on the button made the cold call and both blinds folded. Action back to Chidwick who four bet to 37,500. The shove from Markushevski followed, the button folded and Chidwick immediately called.

It was a set up pur sang as Chidwick turned over {A-Spades}{A-Clubs} while Markushevski tabled {K-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}.

The black aces managed to hold up as the board completely blanked out: {8-Clubs}{2-Spades}{4-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}.

Chidwick is up to almost 500,000 now while Markushevski is heading to the exit.

The Money Bubble Looms

Sebastian Trisch
Sebastian Trisch

At Noon local time the remaining 189 players will start their quest for the money. With 135 players getting paid here in Austria's capital, just 54 unlucky ones will depart without extra money in their pockets.

The absolute short stack is Ernst Stoller, who has about 6.5 big blinds with his 19,400-chip stack. Kitty Kuo is also on the short stack after suffering a big bad beat late on day 2.

And then there are the big stacks, the players who won't be eying the money bubble per se, but will be more focussed on gathering even more chips to make a really deep run. A prime example of someone in this group would be chip leader Sebastian Trisch, who amassed 568,000 in chips yesterday. He took center stage playing his hands at the feature table.

The organization didn't necessarily picked their table to broadcast Trisch's skills though, as the player in seat nine got all the attention. Viktor "Isildur1" Blom was seated at the table and the EPT live stream viewers loved it. Blom, who we had a brief talk with in the second break, ended the day with 93,400 in chips.

Blom's Full Tilt Poker colleague Gus Hansen did much better than that. With 221,000 in chips he has plenty of chips to work with today. Yesterday, he more than once proved he still had it, and with 'it' we mean play creative holdings to crush big hands.

The Festsaal of the Hofburg Palace here in Vienna will again fill with poker players from all over the world at 12:00 Noon local time. In the meantime, check out Kristy Arnett's talk with Team PokerStars Pro Liv Boeree:
