Fish in a Big Pond

Nível 17 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante
EPT Deauville Lobby
EPT Deauville Lobby

Bahram Chobineh is playing his very first EPT event this week. In fact, he's never played for more than a couple hundred dollars before in his life. He's here as the result of a bet with his home game buddies and a tournament they played.

He must have won, right? No, he lost. And now he's made the cash playing against the "big boys" (as he calls them). Watch him explain the story to Laura Cornelius on the PokerStars blog.

A hand from the feature table now as Team PokerStars Pro Alex Kravchenko just busted...

He moved all-in for 67,500 under-the-gun with {7-Clubs}{7-Hearts} and Giuliano Bendinelli called from the big blind with {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}. The {10-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{4-Spades}{5-Clubs} board gave the Italian the pot and sent Kravchenko to the rail. After that hand Bendinelli is up to 442,500 and is just 1,500 behind Dario Sammartino who has the chip lead at the feature table.
