After Pasi Sormunen opened for 16,000 from middle position, defending champ Mikalai Pobal three-bet to 40,000 from the button. The blinds folded and then Sormunen called before checking the 
. Pobal took the opportunity to bet 35,000 and Sormunen said, "I thought you only had one bet."
He was referring to Pobal's short stack, and Sormunen took it upon himself to move all in. Pobal instantly released his hand.

Action folded around to Kent Lundmark in the small blind and he announced a bet of all in. Kevin Schulz called for his tournament life of about 115,000 from the big blind and the hands were tabled.

and he was eliminated from play late in the day. Lundmark scored the knockout and that brings his stack up to 380,000.
