Down to just 96,000 Olivier Busquet moved all-in over the top of Bryn Kenney's open raise of 16,000. After getting a count Kenney weighed up his options and then flicked in the call.
Busquet:
Kenney:
The board kept Busquet's in front and he doubled to 225,000, whilst Kenney drops to 900,000.
After Dmitry Yurasov raised to 16,000 from under-the-gun Akin Tuna moved all-in from the big blind for around 138,000. Tuna peered at Tuna's stack and then flicked a 25K chip in to signify a call.
Tuna:
Yurasov:
The board doubled Tuna to almost 300,000 and dropped Yurasov to around 450,000.
Oleksii Khoroshenin opened under the gun to 16,000 and right next to him sat Heinzelmann who made the call. Action folded to Dimitar Danchev in the big blind and he announced to be all in. Khoroshenin folded instantaneously but Heinzelmann made the call after hearing it was 342,000.
Heinzelmann was behind with his , dominated by Danchev's . The flop gave Heinzelmann four new outs on top of the three solid outs he already had: . The ten Heinzelmann was looking for on the flop, Danchev was wanting after the hit the turn. A ten would now deliver a split pot but they would stay in the deck: on the river.
Dimitar Danchev went on his way to the pay out desk, Heinzelmann stacking chips.
Olivier Busquet is down to around 100,000 in chips after getting pushed off a couple of pots. In the first he raised to 20,000 and then called in position when Oleksii Khoroshenin three-bet to 51,000 from the small blind. A continuation bet on the flop was enough to give the Ukrainian the pot.
The Busquet raised to 16,000 and got calls from both Dimitar Danchev and Bryn Kenney. On the flop Busquet bet 25,000, Danchev passed and Kenney check-raised to 68,000. It only took Busquet a matter of seconds to muck his hand.
The pot was opened by Akin Tuna from Germany and Jonathan Little called in the small blind as did Vanessa Selbst in the big blind. It was fireworks on the flop of as Tuna continued and when Little folded Selbst shoved and got a call. Selbst had for the flopped set with Tuna showing . Big double up for Selbst and Tuna is left short.
Max Heinzelmann opened the button to 20,000 and got a call from Bryn Kenney in the big blind. on the flop and Bryn check called a 23,000 continuation bet from his German opponent.
Both players continued to check the on the turn and thus it was time for a free river: . Kenney bet out 122,000 and got an almost instant call from Heinzelmann.
Kenney tabled his for a turned two pair and Heinzelmann mucked.
A monstrous pot just went down between Bryn Kenney and Dimitar Danchev and I'm pretty sure it's going to stick in Danchev's mind for a while.
Kenney opened to 20,000 from middle position, Danchev three-bet to 53,000 from the small blind, back on Kenney he four-bet to 95,000, Danchev then five-bet to 183,000, Kenney six-bet all-in for 395,000 and Danchev snap called.
Kenney:
Danchev:
The flop gave Kenney a gutshot straight draw and a backdoor flush draw. The turn left him drawing to just four outs and he duly pinged one on the river. Nobody at the table made a sound throughout the entire hand as they'd no dobut seen in a thousand times before.
After that hand Kenney is up to 800,000 whilst Danchev slips to 210,000.
Dimitar Danchev opened under the gun plus one with a min-raise to 16,000. Action folded to Kent Kundmark in the big blind. He checked his cards and didn't really seem to have that big of a decision. He pushed his short stack to the middle and as soon as Danchev found out how much more to him it was, he called.
It was a coin flip situation with Lundmark holding and for Danchev. The ace jack gained some additional outs on the turn but other than that, not really any excitement on the board: .
Danchev added some chips to his stack, Lundmark another cash to his palmarès.
Players are now on their 75-minute dinner break. When they return they will either play five more levels or down to the final table of eight, whichever may come first.
