As the unfortunate Anatoly Gurtovoy trudges over to the rail to be consoled by his friends we draw the curtain on Day 2 of the €100,000 Super High Roller. The final table is set, and leading the eight people all vying for a piece of the €4,432,500 prize pool, is Justin Bonomo with 4,393,000 chips.

Poker is a funny old game, and it couldn't have been demonstrated better than in this following hand. Tony G raised to 14,000, Patrik Antonius called before Justin Bonomo raised to 46,000. Tony G four bet to 114,000, Antonius folded and Bonomo moved all-in for 400,000. Tony G folded {K-Diamonds} {K-Hearts} face up, Bonomo hauled in his fortunate catch and went on to dominate the tournament.

Of the eight players still in the hunt for the sumptuous €1,640,000 first prize, 50% of them are PokerStars Team Pros. Daniel Negreanu (1,581,000), Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier (1,265,000), Jonathan Duhamel (654,000) and Eugene Katchalov (262,000) still in contention for the Super Hugh Roller title.

The final table will commence at 12:00 (CET) so make sure you join all of the action here at Pokernews.
