From the hijack seat, Anthony March raised to 750. Edward Holyoke reraised from the cutoff seat to 2,225, and Thomas Muehloecker put in a cold four-bet to 5,350 from the big blind. Levy Fails to Make the Dinner Break

On our last pass through the outer room we noticed Grant Levy was no longer in his seat. A quick check with Russell Thomas, who actually scored the knockout, confirmed that Levy had fallen a bit earlier in the level.

Hall Doubles Through Holz

Not long after Fedor Holz picked up some steam by knocking out Georgios Zisimopoulos, the German pro had to surrender a fair amount of chips as Tom Hall doubled through him.

The flop showed when Hall bet 600 from the under-the-gun position and Holz called from the cutoff.

On the turn the hit and Hall bet another 900, which was quickly raised by Holz to 2,800.

Hall tanked for a bit before calling, and on the river the hit.

After a raise to 650 and a call from Georgios Zisimopoulos in the cutoff it was Fedor Holz who squeezed to 2,300 from the small blind. The big blind and initial raiser both folded but Zisimopoulos made the call in position.
