WSOP 2021 | ANOTHER MILLION DOLLAR SCORE FOR ADDAMO! | Update Day 23

Highlights from day 22 of the World Series of Poker 2021, plus a preview of today’s schedule.

Michael Addamo secured the third bracelet of his career, winning the $50,000 High Roller, defeating Justin Bonomo heads up. The $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha (8-Handed) played down to 5, with Josh Arieh in first position. Play resumes at 4:00 p.m. today. Meanwhile The $10,000 H.O.R.S.E. Championship was reduced to 16. Kevin Gerhart takes the chip lead into today. They return today at 2pm, when they’re scheduled to play down to 5. Elsewhere, the $2,500 Freezeout No-Limit Hold’em was left with only 135, down from 896. Finally, the $1,500 Razz Day 1 saw the 311 starters reduced to 98. Ariel Shefer is chip leader. Play continues at 2:00 p.m. today, and 47 will be ITM.
Finally two more events will be added to the schedule today - Event #43A: $1,000 DOUBLE STACK No-Limit Hold'em started this morning, while Event #44: $3,000 6-Handed Limit Hold'em happens later today at 3pm.
