News Update from the 2019 World Series of Poker: July 2

Here is all the latest news from Day 35 of the 2019 World Series of Poker sponsored by 888poker. Yesterday, Nick Schulman won the $10K PLO8 event for over $463K.
Today, the $1500 Limit Hold ‘Em Event will play down to a winner. There are only 6 players left including chip leader David “ODB” Baker and six time bracelet winner Chris Ferguson.
Ferguson is pulling off the rarely seen live multi-table. He also made day 2 of the $1K Mini Main Event. The winner of the Mini-Main will take home $628,654.
888poker ambassador Vivian Saliba is one of the chip leaders heading into Day 3 of the $888 Crazy Eights No-Limit Hold’em. The field will play down to eight players tonight and we will have a winner tomorrow. That winner will take home, what else, $888,888.
Mike Matusow, Eli Elezra, and Anthony Zinno are 3 of the 16 players remaining in the Event $10K Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo 8 or Better Championship. We are expected to play down to a winner tonight.
There is a new, charitable WSOP event that starts today. The $500 SALUTE TO WARRIORS No-Limit Hold’em Event kicked off at 11am this morning. $40 from each buy-in will be donated to the USO and other veteran organizations.
