Hawaiian Kainalu McCue-Unciano won the 2019 WSOP Monster Stack $1,500 No-Limit Hold’em tournament for $1,008,850.
We reached the money of the $50,000 Poker Players Championship. 12 players return today with Phil Ivey coming in with the chip lead for a second day in a row.
Yesterday, the $600 No-Limit Hold'em Deepstack Championship played down to 83 players from the original 6,140 entrants. T
The $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better is down to just 58 players out of the original field of 1,117. The plan for today is to play down to a winner, but that may be subject to change.
$400 Colossus tournament’s Day 1a got 5218 entries. We are expecting even bigger numbers for today’s Day 1b.
The last event that kicked off yesterday was the $10,000 Razz Championship. WSOP bracelet winner Andre Akkari bagged the chip lead but Calvin Anderson, who won this event last year doesn’t follow too far behind.
Only one new event starts today: the $1,500 Omaha Mix, which includes three different variants of Omaha. The game changes every 8 hands and those variants are Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better, Limit Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better, and Big O (Five Card Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better).
