A player in middle position opened to 1,100 and was called by the small blind. Al Norman in the big blind then three-bet to 4,000. Both the original raiser and the small blind made the call to send action three-way to the flop.
Norman continued for 6,000 after action was checked to him on the 
flop. That was enough to force the middle position player out of the hand but the small blind came along to see the turn.
The 
turn saw the small blind check for a second time and then fold after Norman fired off another barrel, this time sizing up to 17,000.
