Tatavarti Thins Down the Field
Nível 24
: Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Zoltan Vrancsik shoved for 370,000 on the button and Giridhar Tatavarti looked to thin down the field after he called from the big blind.
Zoltan Vrancsik: K♦8♣
Gary Tatavarti: K♥10♣
It was a bad situation for Vrancsik, who did pick up an open-ended straight draw on the J♦10♦9♠ flop, which also saw Tatavarti pair his ten. However, the flop was as good as it go for Vrancsik as neither the 2♠ turn nor 5♦ runout could save him from elimination.
