Campisano Fires Into Marechal

Nível 35 : Blinds 400,000/800,000, 800,000 ante

Frederic Marechal raised to 1,600,000 under the gun with A9. Christopher Campisano sat in the big blind with J10 and made the call.

Both checked the 526 flop, leading to the 4 turn hitting the table. Campisano took some thinking time before betting 1,800,000.

Marechal called with just ace-high, after which the 7 river completed the board. After a while, Campisano put in 2,500,000. This time, Marechal made a quick fold as Campisano got his bluff through.

Trey-Mendous Flop For Campisano Sees Him Dodge Elimination

Nível 34 : Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante

Christopher Campisano

Xiaohua Yang made it 1,800,000 from the small blind and Christopher Campisano shoved for 7,350,000 from the big blind. Yang snap-called.

Christopher Campisano: A3 All in
Xiaohua Yang: AQ

Campisano couldn't be blamed for shoving his hand but found himself staring elimination in the face with five cards to come.

Two of those cards helped the Italian player significantly as the 343 flop gave him trips and left Yang needing running cards to earn the knockout. No such thing happened as the 6J runout kept Campisano alive and boosted his stack to around 15,000,000.
