Slacanac Runs Into Scherle's Set

Fabian Scherle had a bet of 30,000 in front of him on the button with the flop showing J♠9♥8♣ and Marco Slacanac raised to 56,000 in the big blind. Scherle pondered the decision for a few minutes before moving all in, and Slacanac called for around 30,000 more.

Slacanac showed two pair, but Scherle had a set of nines and held up on the K♦ turn and 7♠ river to send Slacanac to the rail.
