With a pot at 1,000 and the flop showing 3♣8♠9♦, Daniel Renzi, sitting in the small blind, led the post-flop action with a 500 bet. Amiel Gamliel, in the big blind, made the call, and Paul Runcan, on the button, raised it to 2,500. Both Renzi and Gamliel called.
The J♣ hit the turn, and after both blinds checked, Runcan fired 6,000. Renzi responded with a raise to 13,500, which got Gamliel to fold, but Runcan called.
With the 3♦ on the river, Renzi bet 10,400, leaving himself just 100 behind. Runcan decided to fold, allowing Renzi to scoop a solid pot and boost his stack.
