Alessandro Predaroli raised to 1,600,000 in the cutoff with Q♠8♠ and Angelo Marrone defended K♠5♠.
The flop came A♠K♣2♦ and Predaroli bet 1,100,000. Marrone called with his pair of kings and then checked the 2♣ turn.
Predaroli checked back this time and the 9♦ fell on the turn. Marrone checked for a third time, and Predaroli tapped the felt and surrendered the pot.
