Francis Klar Eliminated in 8th Place (€40,950)

Daniel J O'Hair

Nível 34 : Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante

Daniel Lehmann opened to 1,500,000 on the button and action folded to Francis Klar in the big blind, who called.

The flop came 6♦8♥5♦ and Klar shoved for his last 5,100,000. Lehmann quickly called to put Klar at risk and hands were revealed.

Francis Klar: K♣5♦
Daniel Lehmann: K♦2♦

Klar was ahead with his pair of fives, but the 7♦ turn gave Lehmann a flush and left Klar drawing dead.

An irrelevant Q♠ completed the board and Klar was eliminated in eighth place.
