Sammartino Beats Duczak in Showdown
Nível 21
: Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Darius Samual opened from under the gun and Eric Tsai defended the big blind. On the 8♠7♣5♣ flop, Tsai checked and Samual over-bet massively when he made it 575,000 to go with fewer than that behind. Tsai folded and Samual won the pot.
Dario Sammartino then beat Aaron Duczak in showdown, who bet the K♥9♠7♣6♣5♦ river for 180,000. Sammartino called with the 10♦9♥ for a pair of nines and won the pot, as Duczak had bricked gutshot and flush draw with the J♣10♣.
