The 4♥ turn was checked through and Desset then led out for 20,500 on the 9♦ river. Bahri quickly called, then mucked when Desset showed J♣10♣ for top pair.
At the same time at an adjacent table, Fausto Tantillo and 2020 WSOP Online Main Event champion Stoyan Madanzhiev saw a flop of 2♠5♣10♠. Madanzhiev bet 8,000 on the button before Tantillo put in a raise to 20,000 in middle position.
Madanzhiev called and the 6♣ fell on the turn. Tantillo slowed down and checked, and then Madanzhiev moved all in for around 50,000. Tantillo quickly folded.
