Covrig Gets A Double

Nível 9 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Sergiu Covrig
Sergiu Covrig

Dario Quattrucci opened to 4,000 before the calling the 22,500 all-in from Event #9: €1,100 NLH Bounty Hunter winner Sergiu Covrig.

Covrig's {a-Spades}{10-Clubs} made a pair on the {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{7-Clubs} flop before his opponent's {k-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} made a flush draw on the {9-Diamonds} turn. The river was a red card but it was the {7-Hearts} to give the bracelet winner a double in the second level of the day.

Karademir Doubles Through Lipauka

Nível 9 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Down to the last 24,000, Fevzi Karademir moved all-in from the cutoff and Vadzim Lipauka flat-called on the button.

Fevzi Karademir: {q-Spades}{9-Spades}
Vadzim Lipauka: {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}

The {8-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{6-Spades} flop provided no help yet but the {q-Diamonds} turn improved Karademir to queens and sixes. Nothing changed on the {10-Hearts} river as Karademir held onto his lead.

Achegsei Wins Showdown Pot Against Bradley

Nível 9 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Ian Bradley opened from under the gun to get called by Ahmad Achegsei only. On the {q-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{6-Hearts} flop, Bradley continued for 4,000 to earn a call and fired again the {4-Clubs} turn for 16,000, which Achegsei called.

The {2-Clubs} river was checked by both and Bradley announced ace-high before revealing his {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts} for a busted double draw. Achegsei had that beat with the {8-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} and earned the pot with his pair of fours.

Bushell opened in early position to 5,000 and only Sinclair called.

Sinclair, in the small blind, check-called a 4,500 bet on the {a-Spades}{10-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} flop before action checked through on the {j-Clubs} turn. The river was the {a-Clubs} and Sinclair took the pot after his opponent folded to his bet of 4,000.
