Thiemer Doubles Through Mulaj and Busts Westerhoff

Nível 9 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

It looked like Frederik Thiemer had raised from the early position and Rama Mulaj had called from the late position but Jan Westerhoff had shoved from the small blind for his last 36,800. Thiemer re-shoved for 64,000 for Mulaj to call that too.

Jan Westerhoff: {10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}
Frederik Thiemer: {5-Spades}{5-Clubs}
Rama Mulaj: {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

The board ran out {4-Spades}{2-Clubs}{2-Spades}{3-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} for Thiemer to hold with the pocket fives for two pair to eliminate Westerhoff and score a full double through Mulaj.

Cure No More Thanks to Racinskas

Nível 9 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Oliver Heidel had limped in from under the gun and Clement Cure pushed his last 9,700 in from the early position. Martynas Racinskas three-bet to 17,000 from the hijack. The action folded back to Heidel who four-bet to 55,000 for Racinskas to snap-fold.

Clement Cure: {a-Diamonds}{j-Spades}
Oliver Heidel: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}

The board ran out {q-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{9-Spades}{2-Hearts} to not help Cure as he was eliminated.

After weighing up their options, Melchers made the call. Bokowski turned over {9-Clubs}{7-Hearts} for nine-high, Melchers then flipped over his {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} to add to his stack.

Kim Kicks Thorslund Out

Nível 9 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

The flop read {j-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{k-Hearts} with 21,200 in the middle.

Thomas Thorslund had the all-in button in front of him in the small blind and had put his tournament life at risk for the 100,900 he had. De Han Kim was sitting in the under-the-gun position with a bet of 25,000 in front of him and was in the tank with the bigger stack. He contemplated for a bit and then made the call.

Thomas Thorslund: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}
De Han Kim: {6-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}

Thorslund had the overpair but Kim had flopped a set.

The rest of the board was completed with the {k-Spades} on the turn and the {7-Clubs} on the river for Kim to hold and bust Thorslund.

Kees van Brugge: {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}
Jan Wieckenberg: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}

The flop offered no help to Van Brugge but the {k-Clubs} turn gave him two outs. The {9-Spades} river wasn't one of them and he exited the tournament floor.

Spoddig Shoves on Citrone

Nível 8 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

The board read {j-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{10-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{k-Clubs} with around 60,000 in the middle.

Carlo Citrone had checked in the small blind and it looked like Carlos Spoddig was all-in from the middle position as he had put his whole stack of around 63,000 in although there was no all-in button thrown out. Citrone was sitting in the tank and went through the options of what Spoddig could have before opting to fold.
