Orpen Kisacikoglu raised it up from early position and Gianluca Speranza three-bet to 40,000 on his left. The action came back to Kisacikoglu who made the call.
The flop fell 
and Kisacikoglu slid in a stack of chips as he announced all in. Speranza was left with a decision for his remaining 155,000 chips and he went into the tank. After a couple of minutes, another player called the clock and Speranza had 30 seconds to make a decision. As his time was running out, Speranza laid his hand down and Kisacikoglu raked in the pot.
