Bullimore Busts in a Race

Nível 11 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante
Chris Bullimore
Chris Bullimore

On the flop of {10-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}, James Bullimore bet 7,500 after one opponent had checked to him and the {K-Spades} appeared on the turn. The opponent of the Brit instantly jammed and Bullimore snap-folded.

Only a few hands later, it was Bullimore that open-shoved for around 28,000 and Antal Roth reshoved from two seats over.

James Bullimore: {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}
Antal Roth: {A-Spades}{Q-Hearts}

The board came {5-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{K-Hearts} and Roth rivered the superior flush.

"It's a race, happens. I'll be back tomorrow," Bullimore said on the way out.

Camarda Cannot Beat Hoog

Nível 11 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

The flop showed {J-Hearts}{6-Spades}{2-Diamonds} and Jesper Hoog checked over to table neighbor Salvatore Camarda, who bet 11,500. Hoog called and the {K-Clubs} on the turn, as well as the {9-Clubs} on the river were checked. Hoog was first to show and flipped over {Q-Clubs}{J-Clubs}. That ended up as the winner, as Camarda mucked.

Right after the hand was over, the table broke as only 157 players remain in level 11.

Noach Flushes Papavero

Nível 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

On the three-way of {K-Spades}{J-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{6-Spades}, Riccardo Saitta checked out of the blinds and called a bet by Tal Noach, as did Lorenzo Papavero. The {8-Spades} hit on the river and again Saitta checked. Noach now bet 16,200 and Papavero in the cutoff gave it some thought before calling.

Saitta leaped out of his comfortable position and sighed, pondered about the decision for a few seconds and folded the {K-Hearts} face up. Noach turned over {A-Spades}{J-Spades} for the nut flush and Papavero mucked {8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} for a rivered set of eights.

Pilkington Busts for a Second Time

Nível 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Jessica Pilkington moved all in for the last 14,500 and was called by Marcello Miniucchi in the big blind.

Pilkington turned over the {A-Hearts}{10-Clubs} and Miniucchi was behind with {A-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}, but that only lasted until the {K-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} flop. The Italian took the lead with a pair of sixes and held onto it thanks to the {9-Spades} turn and {Q-Hearts} river.

On the same table, Elena Litvinyuk is doing much better with almost fives times the starting stack.

Robert Auer has also been eliminated and will enter again the next day.

Havacs Joins the Big Stacks

Nível 9 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

A raise to 10,000 was in front of Samir Akhoullou and Attila Havacs on the button moved all in. Akhoullou wasn't happy at all but eventually called it off for around 40,000.

Samir Akhoullou: {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}
Attila Havacs: {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}

"Why can't you have ace king?" Akhoullou sighed, and found no help on the board {J-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{3-Spades}{5-Hearts}{3-Clubs}.

"Nice hand. Don't think anyone else on this table would have called you," Adrian Rus chimed in.
