and around 270,000 in the pot, Christoph Vogelsang checked from the big blind to Liv Boeree who bet 100,000 from early position. Vogelsang check-raised to 325,000 and Boeree shipped all in for 900,000. Vogelsang called and the hands were face up.

Vogelsang was in the lead with the only pair and a straight draw. The

on the river paired her ace and gave Boeree the best hand. Her hands went up in the air with a big smile on her face as she was finally able to win a pot. Boeree doubled up to over starting stack and remains alive towards the end of Day 1.
