Hands #6-10: Badziakouski Doubles Through Khangah

Nível 22 : 500,000/1,000,000, 150,000 ante
Mikita Badziakouski
Mikita Badziakouski

Hand #6: Ahadpur Khangah limped in from early position with the {Q-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} and Dominik Nitsche in the hijack raised to 3.5 million {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}. Action folded back to Khangah and he let it go.

Hand #7: Khangah limped the next hand with the {A-Spades}{8-Hearts} and Mikita Badziakouski moved all in for 9.425 million with the {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds} in the hijack. Khangah verified with the dealer that Badziakouski was indeed all in and called.

Badziakouski had the dominating kicker and dodged a sweat on the board of {J-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{2-Diamonds} to double.

Hand #8: Nitsche made it 2 million to go with the {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds} and Andreas Eiler three-bet on the button to 5.8 million with the {A-Spades}{9-Spades}. Thomas Muehloecker in the small blind had the {K-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds} and gave it brief consideration before folding while Steffen Sontheimer in the big blind had {A-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}. Sontheimer folded, as did Nitsche, and Eiler raked in the pot.

Hand #9: Nitsche raised to 2 million with the {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} and Thomas Muehloecker called on the button with {Q-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}. The flop came {K-Spades}{Q-Hearts}{7-Spades} and both players checked. After the {3-Spades} turn, Nitsche bet 2.2 million and Muehloecker called to see the {3-Clubs} on the river. Nitsche bet 8 million with his full house and Muehloecker took a long time to make up his mind. Sontheimer called the clock on the Austrian and a few seconds later Muehloecker mucked.

Hand #12: Sontheimer limped in from the hijack with {4-Diamonds}{4-Spades} and Khangah followed suit in the cutoff with {10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}. Martin Kabrhel checked his option with {5-Clubs}{2-Hearts} and the flop came {7-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}.

Hand #14: Dominik Nitsche raised to 2.5 million from the hijack and Martin Kabrhel took some time before raising to 12 million from the button, leaving himself with 200,000 behind. "I have this for the flop," Kabrhel said to Nitsche" and the German moved all in, Kabrhel called with the words "I gamble."

Martin Kabrhel: {A-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}
Dominik Nitsche: {K-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}

"Wow, I didn't expect that," Kabrhel added when he spotted the cards of his opponent. The flop fell {Q-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and Nitsche picked up a flush draw. The {Q-Spades} was a blank, but the {3-Diamonds} appeared on the river to improve Nitsche to a flush and eliminate Kabrhel in 8th place for €366,762.

Hand #20: Andreas Eiler raised to 2.8 million from under the gun with the {A-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts} and won the blinds and antes.

Hand #21: Dominik Nitsche raised to 2.5 million with {8-Spades}{7-Hearts} and Eiler defended his big blind with {K-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}. The flop came {A-Spades}{J-Clubs}{4-Hearts} and Eiler checked, Nitsche bet 3 million and that won the pot uncontested.

Hand #22: Nitsche opened to 2.5 million with {Q-Hearts}{6-Hearts} and Christoph Vogelsang folded {A-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} on the button.
