Allen Kessler
Allen Kessler

Omaha Hi-Lo

On a {4-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{a-Hearts} flop, Allen Kessler bet. While one opponent was pondering, another made the call out of turn. The player who was first to act raised, and the player calling out of turn took their call back.

The raising player asked for the floor, believing the call should stay in the pot. The floor arrived and ruled in favor of the call being pulled back, and the player was able to fold their hand.

The action moved back to Kessler, who three-bet and received a call.

The {3-Clubs} fell on the turn, and Kessler's bet was called. The {2-Hearts} completed the board, and Kessler's bet was called once more.

Kessler announced, "I have nut-nut," tabling {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{4-Spades} for a full house and a wheel. His opponent turned over {5-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{a-Spades}, losing the high but chopping the low with a wheel of his own.
