Some Big Stacks and Other Stacks

Nível 11 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

It appears as though Ranjuan Chaitib is the first to eclipse the 100,000-chip mark, although there are several players on her tail.

Melanie Weisner
Melanie Weisner

It was folded to Melanie Weisner on the button, who went all in for around 7,000 total, and the big blind called. Weisner turned over the {4-Diamonds}, the big blind {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}, and Weisner asked if she could keep her other card hidden. She was forced to turn over her other card which was the {A-Clubs} and no help to her, as the board ran out {K-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}. Weisner was eliminated.

Kerstetter Shoves

Nível 8 : 300/600, 75 ante

Jamie Kerstetter opened to 1,400 from early position, and the next player called. On the {9-Spades}{7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} flop, Kerstetter led out for 1,500, was raised to 3,500, and called. Both players checked the {4-Spades} turn, and on the {6-Hearts} river, Kerstetter moved all in. Her opponent quickly folded, and Kerstetter took down the pot.

Sylvia Short

Nível 8 : 300/600, 75 ante
Jesse Sylvia
Jesse Sylvia

On a {10-Spades}{2-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} board, Jesse Sylvia was faced with an all in from his opponent. Sylvia eventually made the call and was in trouble with {J-Clubs}{10-Spades} against his opponent's {A-Spades}{A-Clubs}. The river wasn't the ten that Sylvia needed and he was chopped down to a minimal stack.
