and there were still three players in the hand, including Roberto Romanello who was first to act from the small blind. Romanello put together stacks of chips and slid them forward into the pot.
The next player to act folded while his remaining opponent asked for a count. The dealer announced it was 48,500 to call and he pushed forward his own chips to make the call. Romanello tabled 
for the nut flush and scooped the pot.
