With about 45,000 already in the middle and the board reading , Jean Gaspard checked from the big blind to Matthew Wakeman, and Wakeman bet 41,000. Gaspard then check-raised all in, putting Wakeman to a decision for his entire stack. After a few moments of contemplation, Wakeman called.
Gaspard rolled over for the flopped nut flush and sent Wakeman home as the first elimination of the day. Minutes later, Blake Bohn was knocked out as well.

Matt Glantz opened to 1,800 from the cutoff and Mel Wiener, Andy Philachack and Olivier Busquet all joined along to see a flop. It was checked to Glantz who led out for 3,500 with both Wiener and Busquet calling. The action was the same on the
turn except for the bet being 11,000.
On the river, it was checked to Wiener who deliberated before betting 35,000. Busquet and Glantz both thought for a bit before folding and Wiener announced "Nothing special, I bluffed you guys." Except Wiener turned over
for a full house and was obviously kidding about the bluff.
With about 6,500 already in the middle and the board reading , bracelet winner Jared Jaffee checked from the small blind to his lone opponent, Chris Johnson in the cutoff. Johnson bet 4,500 and Jaffee check-raised to 11,200. Johnson folded, and Jaffee stacked the chips.

The flop fell and Ha checked. Kellner bet 4,000 and Ha called.
The turn brought the and Ha checked once more. Kellner bet again, 11,500 this time. After a few moments of thought, Ha folded, and Kellner took the pot.
"That's how I want to do it," Kellner said with a smile. "I want to win the first one and the last one!"
